#NYALitFest 2019 | A lil wrap up

nyalitNYALitFest | Northern Literary Festival in Preston
This post will be about my time at NYALit Fest back in March. I was very excited to attend as book events are always a good excuse to see great friends and meet fab authors.

I was even more excited about this as it was 2 days before my cast came off so it was my last outing struggling with only 1 hand. Now, this post is a little late but alas reminiscing about good days is a great way to pass the time.

If you haven’t had the chance to attend either of the events I really would recommend trying the next one. I love the fact its in the North so it was much easier for me to attend and it was a free event too!

Feminist Icons | Teensgate

Hey guys, I’ve only spoken briefly about Teensgate in my Warming Your Winter post so for those of you who don’t know I’ll give you a little introduction on what it is.

The Teensgate Blogger Netowork is a blogger event run in Waterstones Deansgate by the lovely Kimi. She’s honestly a star to put these events together. In fact lets be real, she’s the first feminist icon to be featured here.

Each event is sponsored by a publisher who provide us with ARCs, goodies, and often questions for us to discuss. Previously I got to read and review Love, Simon and Ella Black thanks to Penguin. Keep reading to find out more about this recent event and what I hauled.

#YALC | Wrap Up

Young Adult Lit Con| Wrap Up
This is my second year attending YALC, but I didn’t make any posts about it last year because I felt so very overwhelmed and focused on my blog move. This year I’m already on my second. Will there be a third? Possibly.

I’ll be talking about my weekend in this post but if you’d like to visit their website you can do here – I’m likely to attend next year too!

I do highly recommend going, even if its just for one day!

NYALitFest | Northern Literary Festival in Preston
This is about the second NYALitFest that has been held. I was super excited to see them announce another than I could attend. I unfortunately missed the first due to being on a plane.

I’ll be talking about my day in this post but if you’d like to visit their website you can do here – also they’ll be hosting another in March 2019!
