Unboxing The Dark Side | OwlCrate April 2019

Unboxing OwlCrate the dark side april 2019Whilst I was off sick I decided to work my behind off and sell some older book box merch so I could afford to buy April’s The Dark Side box from OwlCrate cause I knew it sounded like my cup of tea.

I was over the moon when it arrived as whilst I’ve already mentioned that BookHookedBox was my favourite due to not having to unhaul any item, this was definitely the close second because I adored most of the items inside and could tell instantly I didn’t waste my money.

By now everyone’s box has definitely arrived so keep reading to see what we got and what I thought of each item. Continue reading “Unboxing The Dark Side | OwlCrate April 2019”

#NYALitFest 2019 | A lil wrap up

nyalitNYALitFest | Northern Literary Festival in Preston
This post will be about my time at NYALit Fest back in March. I was very excited to attend as book events are always a good excuse to see great friends and meet fab authors.

I was even more excited about this as it was 2 days before my cast came off so it was my last outing struggling with only 1 hand. Now, this post is a little late but alas reminiscing about good days is a great way to pass the time.

If you haven’t had the chance to attend either of the events I really would recommend trying the next one. I love the fact its in the North so it was much easier for me to attend and it was a free event too!

Magical Healing | BookHookedBox Unboxing

bhbuIt should be no surprise after my announcement post that I eventually posted a Book Hooked Box unboxing. I had planned to do January’s but by the time I finished photographing and editing it I was in a cast and honestly this is just an excuse you’re going to see for a lot of upcoming posts.

So I had Januarys and I loved it but opted to skip Februarys as I’m not hugely into Dystopians lately but after figuring out what March’s book would be I just knew I needed it.
