Vlogging with Fanatical About Fiction (5)

Welcome back! For the past two weeks we have been working hard to not be slacking and I think its safe to say we’ve done very well ;) Not only that but we also themed the weeks as a July Book Haul to help give a little air to the books we’ve received (and it my case not read so soon because wow so many books I already have) and hopefully you’ll see a book you want to get your hands on too.

Vlogging with Fanatical About Fiction (4)

Every two weeks we’re going to share what Fanatical About Fiction has been uploading onto YouTube because lets face it guys, if you’re anything like us more time will be spent behind a book and organising your blog. YouTube often gets left behind. Unfortunately nothing from myself or Nia this time round due to us both being busy – her on work experience and myself at university open days and weddings – but that is why there is a group of us after all! Enjoy.

You spoke and I listened, you wanted more vlogs. We are now at the end of our first section of vlogs. Here is what you may have missed during the week! Don’t forget to subscribe if you like what you see (or hear, yes sometimes I’ll play a vlog and go elsewhere on the web and if they say something that sticks out to me I’ll go back to see if they showed anything). Kayla will be back at the start of July.

Vlogging with Fanatical About Fiction

After a long time planning and many discussion Fanatical About Fiction is up and running with 50 subscribers in just under 2 weeks. I’m so happy and thankful to everyone that has gotten involved to make this project work whether you be a contributor or a watcher.

For those of you who are new here or don’t know, I helped to set up a collabortation YouTube channel with six other girls, its been a success so far and as so many people have shown an interest this is going to be a new feature to the blog, where every Saturday I’ll embed the videos we have uploaded during the week because I’m sure a lot of us spend more time here than we do on YouTube.

Don’t forget its always a good idea to go onto the channel itself to see past videos and to subscribe so you can be up to date and in the know! We also have a twitter account which we will start being more active on now we’re up and running.

Without further ado, sit back, relax and enjoy!

YouTube Vloggers – Volunteers Wanted

I’ve been admiring YouTube book vloggers from a far for a while and I’ve realised its something I’d love to do but I have one problem, one pretty big problem – I am ridiculously shy. After sparking up a conversation with a fellow book blogger (Rachel) who also had the same issue I came up with a solution – a group YouTube channel! This way we can encourage one and another to put out new content and videos and work as a small community, obviously this idea will need some fine tuning and we’ll need to discuss what videos can go up when but before that can be discussed and decided I need other people who wish to join in. The aim of this is of course to be fun and to add a little something extra to our blogs and will not be a chore especially if I can gather up a few of us to participate. If you have a friend that you think would like to take part please pass this post onto them as well.
