Steam Wishlist Clean Up (8)

steamwish
Since Steam summer sales are arriving soon, Tecsie decided to clean up their Steam wishlist a little bit by writing a Steam Wishlist Clean Up post which was inspired by Lia’s Down the TBR Hole book blogger meme.

I really liked this idea and asked Tecsie if I could take part too so here I am. Though with a slight difference, Tecsie managed to go through a lot more of her wishlist in one go. I already know that will not be the case for me. So you’ll likely see a few of these.

Sit back, enjoy, and browse some video games with me.

Starting Point: 170

I love doing these posts and how excited y’all are for them too! We’ve done enough to know whats happening now so lets dive right in.

Brillaint Shadows is another game I watched Dodger playthrough which I really enjoyed and would like to see the next chapters of myself and Contrast is a game I’ve completed 100% on the PS4 which I really enjoyed and would love to support the creators some more and play on my PC which’ll be a lot easier for me.

Saints Row: Gat Out of Hell and Dragon Age: Origins Awakening are two (smaller) games I really want to get to help complete the series as I already own the rest.

Even though I’m still really interested in playing LEGO: The Hobbit and well any of the LEGO games but as I recently was gifted all the Star Wars ones there isn’t any point in me buying any more.

I keep going back and forth whether I want Last Word. The concept sounds interesting – “In a society where having the last word  means having power over others, a small party is disrupted by a gentleman who polietely issues orders viaone-way intercom”. But I think I’ll have to pass…

Slime Rancher remains high on my wishlist. It looks so cute and fun! Yes I wanna have a ranch full of slimes.

Now we are at the last three – all of which I have no memory of!

Forget Me Not: My Organic Garden. Oh I just reread the synopsis, its a clicker game and you grow organs in your garden for your master and to sell to customers! Okay sure, I’ll play along ahah.

The Park is a walking simulator horror and I’m kinda down for the design of it too so oops I guess this is staying too.

Oh no! I just read the synopsis to Armello and I think this is gonna be staying too. In fact I’m going to bump this up to priority because it sounds super cool. “Armello is a grim fairy-tale board game come to life, with every match combining deep, tattical card play, rich tabletop strategy, and RPG elements.” If anyone enjoys this – it’ll be me.

Stats at the end of this post

Priority: 1 / 10
Keep: 7 / 10
Remove: 2 / 10
Steam Wishlist total: 155

Please let me know if you love any of these games or think you could be interested in any. I really enjoy doing these type of posts as I think it really shows non-gamers the wide choice of games out there because its not often I’ll play those that are big in the media.

Lastly, as I see a lot of you commenting how you do play games, perhaps you want to blog about them more or talk to other gamers? Then check out Games&Dev – I’m always around and want to build up a gaming bloggers community some more

  1. Ah I love these posts 😂 I’m back here to fill up my steam wishlist! I’m really intrigued by Armello, Forget me not and Slime Rancher. I want a slime ranch too! I never was a gamer but now you’re turning me into one haha.

  2. I’ve played The Park! It was fun, esp just because it’s an off-shoot from mmo Secret World (rebranded recently to Secret World Legends) so I was just like ahhh I know all this! BUT my one criticism of it? You can finish it in like 1-2 hours and there isn’t really any replayability so def a game to get on a good sale!
And Slime Rancher ahhh such a fun great game I absolutely love it! Reminds me of old school Viva Piñata!
